Nab all your favorite designs for one flat rate. Please note that delivery methods vary based on the total contents of your cart.
Basic Freight Delivery
During a pre-scheduled 4-hour window, our delivery partners will deliver your boxed furniture at the property line, end of the driveway, curb, or loading dock. Assembly and packaging disposal not included (a pallet may be left). We recommend having a friend available at the time of delivery.
What to expect with Basic Freight Delivery
Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, with a 4-hour window, between 8 am and 5 pm Monday–Friday. Evening and weekend delivery is not available at this time.
Basic Freight deliveries typically take place within 6-21 business days of order placement and are dependent on scheduling availability for the local area.

Threshold Delivery
During a pre-scheduled 4-hour window, our delivery partners will deliver your boxed furniture to the first dry area, garage, or lobby/service area of a multi-unit building. Assembly and packaging disposal not included. We recommend having a friend on hand at the time of delivery.

Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, with a 4-hour window, between 8 am and 5 pm Monday–Friday. Evening and weekend delivery is not available at this time.

In-Home Delivery + Assembly
During a pre-scheduled 4-hour window, our delivery partners will deliver your new furniture into your room of choice, unwrap it, set it up and haul away packaging/debris.
Note that our delivery partners do not provide wall mounting services. We recommend you hire a professional to install our wall-mounted designs.
What to expect with In-Home Delivery + Assembly
Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, with a 4-hour window, between 8 am and 5 pm Monday–Friday. Evening and weekend delivery is not available at this time.

A few things to consider before we head out.
Measure your space
To help your delivery go smoothly, please measure your space ahead of time to make sure your purchase will fit in your desired space, as well as the areas it will pass through during delivery. Pro tip: Try our Furniture Measuring + Delivery guide →

Stairs & Elevators
In-home orders requiring delivery beyond two flights of ten stairs, or requiring multiple elevator stops, will be subject to additional charges. Let us know in advance if your delivery requires additional stairs, or if you need the weight or dimensions of any item.
Certificate of Insurance
We recommend determining if your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for deliveries. If so, let our delivery partners know when they contact you to schedule your delivery appointment. Any questions? We're here to help at service@bludot.com or 844.425.8368.
Remote areas
We try our best to deliver all orders in a timely manner, but if you live in a remote area, there may be delays. Let us know in advance if you live on a mountain peak or other challenging delivery location, and we'll work with you to come up with a solution.
Delivery outside of 48 contiguous states + Canada
Our shipping options include FedEx and Basic Freight Delivery to the contiguous 48 states and Canada. If you would like to inquire about shipping to AK or HI, please contact us at service@bludot.com. We are unable to ship individual orders outside of the United States and Canada, but welcome you to supply a US-based address for your freight forwarder.
Common questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries of in-stock small parcel items typically take place within 3-10 business days of order placement. In-stock freight items typically arrive within 6-21 business days of order placement and are dependent on scheduling availability for the local area. Final delivery options are determined in checkout based on your cart’s overall contents and ship-to address. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number.
How do I check my order status?
Order status updates are communicated via email. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you will find order information by logging into your account. If you have any questions, please contact us at service@bludot.com or 844.425.8368.
Do you split-ship?
Split-ship options may be available at check out. If you select to split-ship your order, we will ship the in stock items at the earliest opportunity, and the remainder of the order once the other item(s) return to stock. This will result in multiple delivery appointments.
Other shipping + delivery policies
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note, some orders may ship within hours, and it may not be possible to make changes. Once an order has left our warehouse, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warehouse fees
If you cannot accept delivery for an extended period of time after your order has shipped, you will be charged a fee of $35 per day to store your order.
Delivery at a later date
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to hold your order to ship at a later date. Orders ship as quickly as possible once the items on the order are in stock. Please note, out of stock items may return to stock earlier than expected.
Redelivery fees
If redelivery of your order is required due to a missed delivery appointment with our carrier, there will be a $149 fee. Ouch.
Reroute fees (Freight deliveries only)
It is possible to change the destination address of an order once it has shipped. There is a $149 fee to make this magic happen.
Mattress removal (California only)
Blu Dot complies with CA state regulation (AB 187) regarding mattress removal. If you would like an existing mattress picked up within 30 days of a Blu Dot delivery please reach out to returns@bludot.com.
