You can shop Blu Dot furniture online at bludot.com or visit one of our Blu Dot retail stores located in several U.S. cities and select international locations. To find your nearest showroom or retailer, visit our Blu Dot Store Locator.
Blu Dot is also sold through independent modern furniture retailers across the United States, Canada, and other select international regions. Use the Store Locator to browse locations near you.
Do you offer a trade program?
Yes. We offer a Blu Dot Trade Program for designers, architects, and industry professionals. Register here and your request will be routed to the account representative in your area.
Do you collect sales tax?
We collect sales tax for orders shipping to California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Texas, Washington D.C., and Washington state.
For Canadian shipments, we collect international processing fees related to importation.
What are your payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay. Shop Pay is available to U.S. customers only. All orders are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Who designs your products?
Every Blu Dot product is designed in-house by our award-winning design team.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Efficiency is one of our core design principles. We focus on reducing material waste, optimizing machining and production, and minimizing packaging and transportation impact. During the design process, we evaluate environmental impact at every step and choose lower-impact options when possible. We also believe long-lasting, well-designed furniture is inherently more sustainable.
Why should I create an account?
A Blu Dot account lets you view order status, track shipments, review past purchases, check out faster, and be first to hear about events and discounts.
Do you offer fabric and/or color swatches?
You Betcha! Blu Dot offers free swatches for fabrics and finishes. If a swatch is available for a product, you’ll find a request link on that item’s product page.
Do you offer rug samples?
Yes. Rug samples are offered with a $25 deposit, and shipping and returns are free. When you’re finished with the sample, you can start a return here or contact us at returns@bludot.com for a prepaid label.
Can I get replacement assembly instructions?
Most assembly instructions are available in the Product Details section of the item’s product page. If you don’t see them, contact us at service@bludot.com.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If you see damage, save all packaging and contact us immediately at service@bludot.com so we can arrange a replacement.
What do I do if I’m missing parts?
If parts are missing, we’ll replace them. Contact us at service@bludot.com and we’ll send what you need.
