We bought this sectional to go in our basement TV room. I wanted something that could accommodate a lot of people (5 easily, we've squeezed 7), was a durable fabric that could hold up to kids and cats (we got it in the Smog wool twill - spills don't immediately sink in!), was comfortable for lounging and the occasional guest bed (check and check), but had to fit through our narrow 27" wide basement door.

We've had it for about a year now, and couldn't be happier. It's a huge sectional, but doesn't feel monstrous because of the slim profile (important for our low ceiling basement). My only worry is that the back cushions may get lumpy over time and need to be re-stuffed.
