Returns

Thrilled. Delighted. Super jazzed. This is how we want you to feel about your Blu Dot purchase. If it is not right, let us know. The sooner we know, the faster we can help.

If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Please retain all original packaging if you are not sure that your purchase will work. All trade returns are subject to a restocking fee starting at 20% of original purchase price. Note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees and/or restocking fees may apply.

Freight returns

Notify us within 30 days at trade@bludot.com and we will provide you with the necessary paperwork and have our freight partner contact you to schedule a pickup. All trade returns are subject to a restocking fee starting at 20% of original purchase price and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FedEx returns

Notify us within 30 days at trade@bludot.com and we will provide you with a return label and can arrange a pickup for an additional fee. All trade returns are subject to a restocking fee starting at 20% of original purchase price and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition of Product

To receive the full agreed-upon refund, the returned product must arrive at our warehouse in its original condition. Please retain all original packaging and do not complete assembly as we cannot accept assembled returns. Additional return fees may apply to unpackaged or assembled product.

Damaged or defective product

If an item arrives damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary. No re-stocking fees or return shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at  trade@bludot.com or 844.425.8368 x4 to report damage or defective items. Please note, we may request images of the damage for our records.

Final Sale items

Items marked Final Sale are discontinued items in new, unopened condition. Final Sale items are covered by our warranty, but are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation policy

In-stock items may ship out of our warehouse within 12–48 hours of the order being placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You will receive a refund if your order is cancelled before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping and return fees will apply to cancelled orders after they have shipped out of our facility.

Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

Custom and made-to-order

Blu Dot offers custom designs and some collections may be eligible for our made-to-order upholstery program. Email your rep for more information.

Custom and made-to-order deposits are non-refundable and items are not eligible for cancellation or return.

Orders sent via freight forwarders

It is the responsibility of the freight forwarder to inspect your purchase upon receipt. To be eligible for replacement, all damages will have to be reported before forwarding onto the final destination.

Restocking fee

All trade returns are subject to a restocking fee starting at 20% of original purchase price.

International order returns

Returns are only available for items that were shipped within the United States and Canada. Additional shipping fees or duties may apply on Canadian returns.

If you would like to return an item that was shipped to another country, please contact trade@bludot.com. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and return fees and may be required to use your own carrier.
