Frequently Asked Questions

How firm is the seat cushioning for long dinners or work sessions?

The seat is designed with a balanced level of firmness that supports extended sitting while still providing comfort. It is supportive enough for dining or working sessions without feeling overly rigid.
What is the recommended weight capacity for the chair?

The chair is engineered for everyday residential and hospitality use. It safely supports typical adult seating needs, and for best performance, users should avoid excessive or uneven loading.
Is the curved wrap-around back comfortable for taller or broader-shouldered people?

Yes, the sculpted wrap-around back is designed to provide ergonomic support across a range of body types. Taller or broader users will still experience supportive contact, though comfort can vary slightly based on seating posture.
What table-apron clearance is needed for the chair to slide fully underneath?

The chair is designed to fit under most standard dining tables. For a full tuck-in, it’s recommended to check your table’s apron height and ensure adequate clearance from the seat height and back curve.
Are floor-protecting glides included, and are replacements recommended for delicate floors?

Yes, protective glides are typically included to help prevent scratching. For delicate flooring such as hardwood, felt pads or replacement glides are recommended for added protection over time.
How do upholstery options perform against spills like wine or oil?

Upholstery performance varies by fabric selection. Most options are designed for everyday dining use, but spills such as wine or oil should be cleaned promptly to prevent staining.

How resistant are the legs and upholstery to pet damage?

The chair is built for durability, but no upholstered furniture is fully pet-proof. Upholstery may be susceptible to scratching or snagging, so minimizing direct contact with claws or using protective throws is recommended in pet-friendly homes.
Can single replacement chairs or parts be purchased to match a set?

Replacement chairs or components may be available through the manufacturer or authorized retailers. It’s best to contact customer support to confirm availability and ensure finish and upholstery matching.
