What is your response to COVID-19?
We are still open and shipping to you with contactless delivery.
Our stores are open by appointment with your safety and the safety of our team members top of mind. Learn more.
Orders shipping via FedEx, standard freight (curbside or dock), local courier, and USPS are still shipping. Small parcel items are available for delivery via FedEx no signature or contact required. For larger items, we are able to ship freight via curbside delivery with a contactless signature required. We are currently shipping to the contiguous United States, and Canada. Swatches ordered through bludot.com and shipped via USPS are shipping as usual
Inside delivery & assembly services and inside pick-ups are now currently available nationwide, with the exception of some remote areas depending on the shipping zip code. Delivery teams will be screening for exposure to COVID-19 when scheduling an appointment.

Do you offer a trade program?
Yes! Register here, and your inquiry will be routed to the account rep for your location who will provide more information.
Do you collect sales tax?
If your order is shipping to California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Texas, Washington D.C., or Washington state we are required to collect sales tax. If you are shipping to Canada, we collect international processing fees associated with importing our products into Canada.
What are your payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal and Affirm Financing. All orders are billed in US Dollars.
Who designs your products?
We do! Our talented, award-winning design team designs all of our entire collection in house.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
One of our core design principles is efficiency. We push for efficiency in every aspect of a product, from the use of materials, to machining and production, to packaging and transportation. With higher efficiency, we use fewer resources and make a smaller environmental footprint. Additionally, during the design process we consider the environmental impact of each decision we make and, whenever possible, choose the option that has a smaller impact on the environment. We also believe that buying good designs that last is a great way to be environmentally friendly.

Do you offer fabric and/or color swatches?
You betcha! For FREE! There is a link to request a free fabric or color swatch located on each product page if a swatch is available.
Can I get replacement assembly instructions?
What happens if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us immediately at [email protected] or 844.425.8368 to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
