Cassandra has 10+ years of experience in relationship management and new business development and is known for lightning-fast response time and in-depth product knowledge. Nothing lights her up like good design and she always "turns it up to 11."

She loves helping our design community bring new projects to life and helping our clients problem solve. When she is not working you can find her attending live music shows, tackling a new culinary challenge in the kitchen, or taking her 2-year-old English Springer Spaniel to the beach.

Her expertise working with furniture, textiles and technology provides her with a well-rounded depth of knowledge to consult on design for corporate, hospitality, healthcare or educational spaces. The foundation of Megan’s experience is based on collaborating with clients to create dynamic environments through innovative and sustainable design. In her free time, you’ll find her trail running with her dogs, skiing and doing activities with family and friends.

With 10+ years experience in the A + D industry, Matt is very excited to represent Blu Dot in the greater Boston market. He loves to assist in finding solutions for his clients while they create memorable, impactful and unique interior spaces. He lives on the North Shore with his wife, two kids and their bernadoodle, Cooper, and you can find them on the sandbar in the Essex River most weekends in the Summer.

Terah Kelley is a registered interior designer with a strong passion for creating energy behind beautifully designed spaces and products. She thrives on creating curated client experiences and storytelling to paint a strong visual picture. As the previous A&D Manager at Knoll (Austin & San Antonio) and 13 years in Interior design, she can fluently speak to both sides in detail. Terah is a big fan of Austin and thrilled to call it home, although she also spent years in both Atlanta and Mississippi for college. Terah has two boys (Carter and Nash, ages 6 & 4 ) and loves to be creative and active through yoga, running, dancing, painting, and paddleboarding.

Her diverse experience allows her to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, ensuring comprehensive and thoughtful outcomes for every project.

Throughout her career, Kristen has built a robust network of professional relationships, consistently expanding her connections within the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys reading at local coffee shops, discovering the latest bars and restaurants, and relaxing in the park.
