Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum wattage and bulb type supported by the pendant?

The pendant is designed to work with 100w or equivalent standard bulbs commonly used in residential lighting.
Is the shade material prone to discoloration or heat retention from strong bulbs?

The shade is designed to perform well under normal use, especially when paired with LED bulbs, which generate less heat. Using higher-wattage or heat-producing bulbs over time may increase the risk of discoloration, so sticking within recommended limits is important.

Does the pendant include adjustable cord length for various ceiling heights?

Yes, the pendant includes an adjustable cord or drop length, allowing it to be customized for different ceiling heights and room configurations.

Is the fixture compatible with sloped or angled ceilings?

The fixture is compatible with sloped ceilings. For steeper angles or specific installations, additional hardware or consultation with a professional installer may be recommended.

Can the pendant be used with dimmer switches?

Yes, the pendant can generally be used with dimmer switches when paired with compatible dimmable bulbs. Always confirm both bulb and dimmer compatibility for smooth performance.

Is installation hardware included for different ceiling junction box types?

Standard installation hardware is typically included for common ceiling junction boxes. For unique or older electrical setups, additional hardware may be required.

How easy is the pendant to clean without damaging the finish?

The pendant can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth for regular dusting. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to protect the finish.

Are replacement shades or diffusers available if broken?

Replacement components may be available through the manufacturer or authorized retailers. It’s best to contact customer support with your product details to confirm availability and ensure a proper match.
