Cleaning + Care
  • Vacuum your upholstery regularly.
  • Keep upholstery & felt furniture out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources; excessive
exposure to sunlight may fade the color of the upholstery.
  • Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the
furniture surface for long periods of time; this can cause permanent indentations in the fabric.

For whichever way you roll. Merging curves and comfort, Thataway is hanging at the intersection of the nearly unassuming and “Whoa, what’s that?” Normal and unusual all at once the sofa’s tight seat and back provide an agreeable sit, while the sweeping arms deliver the pretty. Best part, Thataway’s hidden talent. The seat cushion flips forward to create a sleeping surface in a pinch. You are welcome.

Design Process
A person in a blue work jacket is using orange and yellow clamps to hold a vertical wood panel in place against a curved metal frame in a workshop setting.
Good design takes time, patience and often, a heap of prototypes (and people) to get it right.
Black serif text on a white background reading: 'Collaborative design is the essence of who we are. We utilize each other's strengths.'
An open sketchbook with blue line drawings of chairs on graph paper, placed on a wooden work surface surrounded by design sketches and a cutting mat. A hand holding a blue pencil is visible at the bottom right.
Ideas continue to morph into unexpected designs that are better than any one person could create.
A modern lounge chair constructed from layered, curved cardboard panels in a natural tan color, mounted on a white and light wood four-star base, photographed against a clean white background.
A man in a dark work uniform leans over a metal frame, applying a clear adhesive patch with a white and blue applicator to a beige fabric surface on the frame. The setting appears to be a workshop or studio with tools and equipment in the background.
Before you see anything from us, we’ve already seen it a hundred times. We’ve sketched it, discussed it (endlessly) and built prototypes to test its scale, proportion, feel—every inch of it.
