“This is a very comfortable bench for the end of our bed. The cushion was slightly firmer than expected, but very comfortable. With a name like "Puff Puff" we were worried it might be a little too squishy, but it is not. The only thing minor quibble is that the gray fabric has a slight green undertone, so it doesn't match our bedroom quite as well as we hoped. In the picture, we put small sliders under the legs to prevent indentations in our carpet, so that is not part of the bench leg. The bench was very well packaged to prevent any damage in shipping and there is no assembly required.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum weight capacity of the bench when used for seating?

The bench is designed to support typical seating use for one or more people. For best performance and longevity, weight should be distributed evenly and excessive loads should be avoided.

How firm is the cushion, and does it maintain shape over time?

The cushion offers a balanced feel—supportive yet comfortable for extended sitting. It is designed to retain its shape with regular use, though some softening over time is normal with upholstered furniture.

Is the upholstery resistant to stains, pilling, or pet damage?

The upholstery is selected for durability in everyday environments, but it is not fully resistant to stains, pilling, or pet wear. Prompt cleaning of spills and minimizing friction from sharp objects or claws will help maintain its appearance.

Does the bench slide easily on hard floors, or should glides be added?

The bench is designed to sit securely on most flooring surfaces. On smooth or hard floors, adding felt glides or pads is recommended to reduce movement and protect both the floor and the bench base.

Can the bench be used at a dining table based on its seat height?

The bench height is generally compatible with standard dining tables, making it a versatile option for casual dining setups. It’s always a good idea to compare measurements to ensure an ideal fit with your specific table.

Are replacement cushion covers or inserts available?

Replacement components, such as covers or cushion inserts, are not available for this product.

Does the frame creak or loosen with use?

The bench is constructed for stability and durability under normal use. When properly assembled and maintained, it should remain solid with minimal noise over time.

Is the bench appropriate for entryways where shoes or bags may scuff the upholstery?

Yes, it can work well in entryways, but extra care is recommended. Using trays, mats, or being mindful of sharp or dirty items will help protect the upholstery from scuffs and wear.
