Product Details

  • This sofa is bench-made in North Carolina with a kiln-dried hardwood frame that’s carefully doweled and corner-blocked for lasting strength and stability. The controlled drying process removes moisture to help prevent cracking or warping over time.
  • The upholstered high back frame is designed for comfort, and cradles the back cushions while complementing the plush, fixed seat.
  • Loose back cushions can flipped for longer-lasting comfort or removed for a more tailored appearance.
  • Powder-coated tubular steel legs with durable plastic glides protect floors and reduce friction when moving.
  • Kvadrat upholstery fabrics are Green Guard Gold certified and contribute to healthy indoor air by meeting standards for low chemical emissions and VOCs.
  • Ochre Velvet: Ochre powder-coated steel legs, 100% Polyester upholstery | 50,000 Double Rubs
  • Minimal assembly required. Legs attach to the frame with the provided hardware.

The Bloke Collection

Designed 2016

What we liked about the sketch that later became Bloke was that it wasn’t just another rectangle from bird’s-eye view. It was conceived initially as a sectional - when most often the straight sofa silhouette comes first and the sectional is interpolated from there. It’s one of the reasons Bloke is so unique - the oblique angles on the back look nice from any angle. The legs are delicate and ganging up multiples let us keep the manufacturing simple.
