All store associates, and customer support teams, are here to help you, by phone, email, or chat during business hours. Specific contact info can be found on our help page and our store locator page.


Orders shipping via FedEx, standard freight (curbside or dock), local courier, and USPS are still shipping. Small parcel items are available for delivery via FedEx no signature or contact required. For larger items, we are able to ship freight via curbside delivery with a contactless signature required. We are currently shipping to the contiguous United States, and Canada. Swatches ordered through bludot.com and shipped via USPS are shipping as usual.


Inside delivery & assembly services and inside pick-ups are now currently available nationwide, with the exception of some remote areas depending on the shipping zip code. Delivery teams will be screening for exposure to COVID-19 when scheduling an appointment.

Returns & Pick-Ups: You have the option to return items per our Return Policy. Inside pick-ups and inside pick-ups with disassembly services are currently available nationwide, again with the exception of some remote areas depending on the shipping zip code. Pick-up teams will be screening for exposure to COVID-19 when scheduling an appointment. Small parcel returns can be dropped off at FedEx locations. It is recommended that if you are considering a return to retain all of the original packaging materials for the item(s).
