Maintaining great customer service can sometimes be a challenge in the digital age when Yelp, product reviews, blogs, Facebook and Twitter provide endless avenues for sharing “constructive” feedback about companies and their products. We think this is good. It keeps everyone honest and fuels improvement. However, we do wax nostalgic for the days when embossed letterhead and IBM Selectrics were the tools of choice for the disgruntled.
